   May Rider Clinic - 19th May 2012 - now booking

   Apologies for the late notice, were busy working on something really exciting that we cant tell you about just yet…

   

   So, once again out bike fit expert, Phil, will in store to correct your positioning woes or back, shoulder neck, wrist aches.

   Costing a mere £20, each session will last 40 minutes and aims to get you into a good stable, sustainable and pain free riding position.

   Sessions available:

   09:15, 10:00, 10:45, 11:30 & 12:15.

   Next rider clinic - 21st January 2012 - Sorry folks!

   As its christmas we’ve decided to give Phil a month off. just so he can wrap all our presents up in good time before christmas eve…. Hint hint….!!!

   

   Anyway, he’ll be back in action for the 21st Jan, so get yourselves booked in quickly as we already have some bookings.

   CycleStreet Rider Clinic - Whats it all about then?

   A Cyclestreet Bike fit session offers a simple but effective way of ensuring that your bike is fitted to YOU and that you are not compromising correct posture to fit the bike. Many experienced cyclists have found their position by trial and error and novice cyclists may have just guessed where the saddle should go and ridden off.

   
   

   Your riding enjoyment can be spoiled by niggles such as knee, neck and back pain or a sore bum. Worse still, over the years you could cause serious long term damage to your joints.

   Small adjustments can make a big difference and a properly fitted bike will:
